is a flexible liquid membrane engineered to weatherproof external surfaces and deliver long-lasting protection against water and weather damage. This water-based, non-flammable, and non-toxic formula is user-friendly, environmentally safe, waterproof, and UV resistant, with advanced polymer technology for outstanding adhesion and flexibility across varying climatic conditions.
Designed for common exposed areas, it’s ideal for roofs, box gutters, parapet walls and facades, bay windows, exposed fascias, and roof repairs to existing surfaces (including asbestos sealing). The elastomeric finish resists cracking, peeling, and fading, while inhibiting fungi and algae growth to maintain a clean, durable surface.
Versatile in application, it can be left directly exposed to the elements or overcoated with acrylic paints or texture coatings. It is also compatible over other Gripset Betta systems and can be tinted with light pastel acrylic tints for aesthetic integration. Easy to apply and quick-drying, it performs reliably in extreme temperatures and humidity.
