FulaFlex FR is a professional-grade, fire rated hybrid polymer sealant designed for linear joints and service penetrations. It delivers strong adhesion to concrete, masonry, metals, and gypsum substrates with low shrinkage and excellent movement capability. The non-sag, low-odour formula is solvent-free, UV and weather resistant, and can be painted after curing. Ideal for internal and external fire-stopping applications to help maintain compartmentation in walls and floors. Use for perimeter seals, expansion joints, and penetrations in commercial and residential builds.
