The oil continues to dry for up to 14 days, creating a solid, protective finish. This makes it ideal for use as a timber sealer and protector, on outdoor timber fences and gazebos, outdoor furniture, and untreated cricket bats. Note that it is not suitable for sealed or finished timber surfaces.
