For maintenance, if your existing
Intergrain Heavy Duty
coating is in good condition, simply clean the surface with
Intergrain UltraPrep™ Timber Cleaner
. For new timber, treat it with
Intergrain UltraPrep Tannin & Oil Remover
before cleaning with UltraPrep Timber Cleaner. Grey and weathered timber with no previous coating should be cleaned with UltraPrep Timber Cleaner, and severely weathered timber should be sanded back to a fresh surface before cleaning. For existing coatings in poor condition, remove the coating using a combination of UltraPrep Tannin & Oil Remover and power washing, followed by cleaning with UltraPrep Timber Cleaner. If mould is present, use
Intergrain UltraPrep Mould Killer
as the first step in preparation.
