Sika Hyflex 305AP offers excellent adhesion to concrete, masonry, metals, and many plastics without primer in many cases. Low odour, isocyanate- and solvent-free formulation with superior UV and weather resistance. Paintable once skinned and easy to tool for clean finishes. Ideal for façades, precast joints, and window perimeters where durable, elastic seals are required. Compatible with backing rod to maintain correct joint depth and performance.
